Veterinary Referral
All dogs need to be referred to the centre by a vet before they are able to receive physiotherapy or hydrotherapy treatment. We work closely with local vets and are happy to liaise with them on your behalf. Please download one of our veterinary referral forms and take it to your vet for signing. Alternatively, contact us and we, with your permission, will send the form direct to your vet. We are also able to deal with insurance claims.
